Positives: Hotel located on Fore St. Close to shops and waterfront. Hotel in need of upgrades.

Negatives: The carpet was ripped up in the hotel room, the toilet hand leaked water when flushed. There was black mold in the shower all along the grout. We were told there was a restaurant attached. Restaurant has been closed for a while except for Happy Hour .. drinks only. The concierge didn't even know that the restaurant was closed and told us we could order from the bar. It was then recommended Door Dash. The pool was very small, loud and crowded with minimal seating.
