Location, breakfast was great, pool wonderful, fitness room adequate ( could us another bench), lobby and bar area nice ( fireplace with couch and tv were lovely), room was nice( could use a make up mirror in room), shower great, and I felt safe in a city. Would return and highly recommend! Also liked the 24 hour fitness room and pool opening at 6 am!

Not a lot. Arrived for pre-paid room after 8 hours at convention to be told "over booked". They did send us to another property several blocks away. Portland was below 0 with the wind chill. Best thing was having a place to stay.

Being sent to another hotel after finding parking. Getting set up and to bed at a reasonable time. Was looking forward to the Residence Inn breakfast buffet, breakfast was complimentary BUT 4 choices, not my style. All in all a bed to sleep in, disappointed.

The staff was friendly, they had a few gluten free options at breakfast and they allow dogs. We enjoyed meeting all the dogs staying there!

The gender neutral bathroom in the lobby is kept locked so the transgender member of our party had to ask for a key after waiting for 5 minutes thinking there was someone in there. There is also a strong perfume pumped in the lobby that made it so we didn

Room was very good but the refrigerator would periodically come on throughout the night making a low clicking sound. It would turn off and then come back on later. Annoying. Seemed to be coming from the ice machine. Room 442. Next time I'll just unplug the device.
