It was as centrally located in Sanford as you could be and right in front of a Walmart which was very convenient because we forgot stuff!

The breakfast was honestly really good, one of the best for a small hotel like that, the waffle station being a definite highlight. It being so close to the Walmart was very convenient and it was also a short drive from other activities or convenient places.

The desk staff, and owner are great people. Always friendly.

They have a new staff for turning the beds. They are "refugees." They are rude, they walk in the room before checkout, and the towels had black hair from them. Why is this 2 star room going for 165, when every other 2 star is 90-100? It's after LABOR DAY.

Price 50 to 100$ higher than any other quality inn in America. The prices go up and down. And the prices are ridiculous. Girl at front desk very nice and very helpful. Good place to stay other than the prices.
