Simply put, this should NEVER have a Hampton Inn flag flying. I have stayed at several Hampton Inn, and this was repulsive. I dont want this review to reflect the staff, as they were fantastic. Our first room was filthy, the words crime scene sum it up

Had reservations with confirmation but hotel had no record of our reservation. We were told to contact bookings.com for resolution. After a 45 minute wait, an agent picked up. After 10 minutes of conversation, he put us on hold and we were disconnected 2 minutes later. Desk clerk found us a room at another facility but we had decided to go back to another hotel where we had previously stayed. Had several guests at the hotel tell us they had the same problem. This was a bad experience.

Our room was not as clean as I would have liked, fingers marks and the doors and door frames. Luckily I had brought my disaffecting wipes. The room also had a terrible odour of mold and mildew and we had to buy an air freshener. Would recommend but dont have high expectations on cleanliness.
