Description online said it had a pool and gym - none at location. Pictures indicated 1 main building. Didn't know it had separate buildings with little parking. Didn't know that the room door would open to the outside and our room had a back and front door that opened to the outside with large windows at each. Traveling as a mom with 2 daughters, we did not feel safe. Our room had a strange smell so bad that we went to Target to get Fabreeze room freshener. The rooms are supposed to be non-smoking, but there was a strong smell of Marijuana by the bathroom. My guess was that the smoked in the bathroom and used the overhead fan to pull the smoke. Also, the main lobby had a strong smell of Marijuana at check in and check out. The lobby itself appeared run-down and in bad repair. Breakfast was served at the lobby, but none of us felt safe eating there. There was a backpack left in the room from a previous guest that the maid hadn't removed. The fitted sheet on one of the beds had black marks on it, kinda looked like mascara - not sure. There were cobwebs by the ceiling in the bedroom along the wall. There were a variety of strange colored marks on the walls that we were not sure of. We would've left and stayed somewhere else, but all of Portland and the surrounding area was sold out for the night. Would not give it a 4 rating that this app is applying to it.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Took the time to help an old man enter the wifi key. Much appreciated. Room was IMMACULATE!! Plenty of soft and luxurious towels, assortment of bathroom soaps, lotions, and shampoo/conditioners. Hi quality TV. GREAT!

Requested late check out and was woken up twice once by housekeeping and then once by an employee asking when Ill be leaving not pleased considering I work nights and needed the sleep

The front desk listened to us as we checked in and explained we would be coming back very late at night. They change our room to be further away from most guests so we did not disturb them in the night and they did not wake us up early in the morning.
