We liked the location of the hotel. Most of the staff were very nice.

When checking in, the clerk was condescending when we asked her questions. We were not able to get WiFi, it seems that we have to become Hilton Honors members. Restaurant service was very slow. I recommend going out to eat.

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Meghan and Kyanite at the front desk.
Negatives:
For the price of the rooms, I would have liked to have breakfast included. Also, I wish I could have been able to have my stay credited to my Hilton Honors account, but it wasn't because I used booking.com.

The celebration of life on 4/5/2024 was wonderful, but our room was dated & small. Couldn’t bring luggage cart to room, had to walk stairs to get to room.

Staff were amazing and made the entire stay pleasant. Housekeeping was also great and very responsive. Thank you to the team for an excellent stay.
Negatives:
I would suggest perhaps more seating in the rooms, particularly for long stay guest rooms. I would also suggest adding some weights to the fitness room as there were several missing.

Positives:
Chosen for slight getaway. Perfect distance from hundreds of choices to eat and shop. Front desk was helpful and polite, I received my cookie. The room was spotless, toiletries stocked.
Negatives:
Some channels did not work so not much entertainment. No microwave in room.
