Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Signs of remodeling in the lobby but no remodeling was noticed.
Negatives:
There were scratches all over the walls in the room, had to ask for cooking utensils, lots, and pans to utilize the kitchenette.
When we had to go to the front desk for anything. We waited 5 minutes or more for someone to help us.

Positives:
The breakfast offering was a little sparse, but the breakfast bars and coffee were very good. Would have preferred mocha creamer instead of vanilla. Room was quiet after the construction overhead stopped at a reasonable hour. Bed was comfortable but the pillows are always too thin for me in any hotel, not just this one. Location was easy to get to and from my event. I liked the clean refrigerator and water pressure in the shower was good. I also liked that I could park my car behind the building and monitor it from the window. I enjoyed being able to take a few laps around the building parking lot in the morning to get myself moving. It was quiet and I felt safe.
Negatives:
I was perplexed that there was no closet or alternate means to hang up my clothes. I realize the room is small, but there was not even one wall hook in the room. I had to lay out my clothes on the bed and then move everything to a table top and back and forth.

The staff was very kind and were clearly trying their best with a very outdated/stinky hotel.

We had to switch rooms because the mattress cover was weird and dirty on one of the beds. Then the same thing happened in the second room we moved into. Then the staff said they had not one extra mattress cover to go under the fitted sheet. The second room also smelled very musty. We tried opening the windows and running the A/C and nothing helped. I really expected better for over $200 a night. Would not recommend.

Filthy room. Walls, fixtures, headboards and bathroom hadnt been cleaned properly. The fan I. The bathroom did not work, causing black mold and a strong odor. Cancelled the room and left early. I did get a refund for the night I did not stay.

It should not have been booking rooms that were 1/2 renovated not ready for guests. Lacking closets. Kitchen soap, utensils, iron, no coffee maker. Filthy from recent contractor work. Unfinished molding off in the room. Linens were clean but old and poor quality on the skin. I was hesitant to sleep there. The owner definitely tried to make money during a busy event in town at the consumers cost.
