Negatives: The elevator was broke my entire stay and i stayed on the 10th floor.

Negatives: Construction and parking sucked but that was not their problem

Negatives: Valet stopped at a certain time without warning, there’s no parking, the elevators weren’t working when I arrived, the front desk staff is ghetto, played & talked on their phones as if they weren’t at work. The front desk staff agreed to valet a white male’s car at the same time I was checking in as if they didn’t just deny me the same service.

Negatives: It wasn’t nothing bad about it

Negatives: There was no hot water, peeling paint on the walls, it smelled bad and the shower was full of mold. My husband and I had to go to the store and buy mold and mildew remover and clean the shower ourselves just to shower. After running the water for 2 hours and it still being ice cold, we contacted the hotel and the hotel manager said "he turned off all the hot water on the 14th floor so we could shower!" We checked out and booked at another hotel 15 minutes away.

Negatives: Parking is scarce

Negatives: Breakfast was not served adequate. The breakfast items were over by 9 in the morning and when asked to refill the staff responded they cannot refill again as the stock was over for the day. The behavior of staff were not good enough. As a whole it does not fit Hilton Standard.

Negatives: Absolutely disgusting place! Mold on window blinds. Stains on towels and beds. Bleach stains on carpets. Lights didn’t work. Absolutely grossest place I have ever stayed. I still can’t believe this is a Hilton hotel. Lots of hidden charges. Went to talk to someone at the desk and no one was there. Sleeping on the stained floor would have been better than the rock hard beds. God awful place! I think I now have to disinfect myself and my family.

Negatives: Did not get any sleep. It was horrible the screaming and shouting at night. I was even afraid to open the doors the sheets and everything on the bed was extremely old and you could tell they were worn out. All over the front of the hotel they were people that were all drugged up fighting screaming and shouting. That’s not counting what they did all night long with the partying, loud music, screaming and shouting until five in the morning I even hurried up to leave the next day because I was afraid. The man that took my car did not even seem to work. He did not even have a uniform and took my car to get parked.

Negatives: The toilet seat was not clean. I had to wipe the hair dryer before using it as it was dirty.
