The room was clean but had a strong odor of mothballs. I could smell it in my clothes when I got home. There was a large police presence in the area after dark. Send kind of sketchy walking around the area.

The staff . Because the room at roaches ant the hotel did nothing for us . Just shich the room and there was no wifi or nothing .and on top of it the staff was very rude .

The location was great. However the fact that there was a lot cigarette smoking going on which caused me to have to keep both windows open and heat on 80 was annoying. They have to do more to encourage NO SMOKING.PERIOD VERY DISAPPOINTING

Location is great. Self parking in attached garage is $25 a day. Very secure area with security patrols. Rooms are spacious and nicely appointed. Hotel bar was decent and not overpriced.

I had to go thru a few to many changes before being beg to placed in a decent location in the hotel

The breakfast was just fair. The location was acceptable as expected. The staff at the front desk was helpful.

The a/c slash heater was set for cooling only and the room was too cold. I had to ask for maintenance to fix was was taken care of same day. However the maintenance left the unit operating with a bad controller that vibrated very loudly the next night and I was unable to sleep. Once again I had to ask for maintenance to repair which was taken care of next day. So two nights of very miserable sleeping conditions and no apologies. This was unacceptable, something I would expect at a one star establishment.
