Had to request twice for shampoo and body wash. Requested for it at 4am and by 7pm they didn't get me more. Wanted a different room with better view but said they're all booked which I don't believe. I booked a king bed and got two queens which I'm very disappointed

The second room was not good. Brother said in had an unpleasant odor, and the heater didn’t work. They did call the front desk and were given another room that was fine, but they should not have been given the bad room in the first place.
