Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Tuesday, Apr 23rd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Tuesday, Apr 23rd, 2024 at midnight and Wednesday, Apr 24th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Wednesday, Apr 24th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 24, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for any additional hotel specific service fees or incidental charges or fees that may be charged by the hotel to the customer at checkout. These #START_PHOTO#charges#END_PHOTO# may be mandatory (e.g., resort fees) or optional (parking, phone calls or minibar charges) and are not included in the room rate.

Our complimentary shuttle runs to destinations like Branch Avenue Metro Station, Joint Base Andrews (main gate), and the USCIS office, Monday through Friday from 7 am to noon and from 4 pm to 9 pm. At check in, a fee of 100 USD will be charged for incidentals.
