I reserved a double queen room and the front desk gave me a very small room with one queen bed and when I asked her to give me what I paid for she said it's an extra charge and then forced a refund on me had a whole attitude me and my son had been traveling to see family and we were very tired and I had been driving all day as I explained to the front desk to no avail she was very unacomodating thank for nothing.

No one had any respect everyone was loud stomping all night. A lot of drug activities going on my child seen a person shooting up drugs with a needle. Very bad place to stay. The sheets and covers had cigarette burns all in them and the towels had small hairs all through them.
