Exceptional
Positives:
The elevator was close to the check in desk and the room was not that far from the elevator.
The water pressure was the best ever experienced in an inn
Negatives:
-staff had to finish their personal conversation before helping
-the bed was not comfortable especially with the pillows that felt like rocks
-hallways and room smelt like an over flowed toilet.
-No waffle mix was available for breakfast
-TV would go in and out, picture on some stations and sound on others. That if the station came in at all.

Positives:
The location was alright, but the hotel breakfast was bad. I could have gotten a better breakfast from the local fast food facilities.
Negatives:
1. We had a iron with a iron board in our room but the iron had to be replaced twice before we got a workable one. 2. Also, there was a lady in the room next to us who was up all night using profanity and arguing with someone on the phone or in the room with her. There was one incident in which she was arguing with someone in the hallway and I thought I was going to have to report it to the hotel security. 3. There was a small limited supply of tows and facecloths. When my wife asked to was a extra facecloth she was told that they were being washed. We never got the facecloths.

The location was fine.
Negatives:
The beds were very uncomfortable. It hurts my back. The guest next to us made noise all night, they were banging on the walls, yelling and screaming from 2:00am to 5:00am. I did not get any sleep at all. There was a dog that was barking all night. Way too much noise. After going to sleep at 6:00am I missed breakfast.

The check-in process was easy and accommodating. The young lady behind the desk was friendly too. The water was very hot.
Negatives:
The rooms were underwhelming and I could hear the people above us walking around all night, probably because of improper laminate floor install. Cleaning was just okay but the halls smelled weird. We were in a room that connected to another and the locking mechanism looked as if it could easily be broken. The shower squealed when in use.
