Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Positives:
The CONFIRMED reservation I made through booking.com was NOT honored at the time of check-in. They simply did not have the room and the confirmation was meaningless. They would not help to transfer the reservation. We went to one nearby and they did not honor the reservation and charged much more. It's as if I hadn't even made a reservation with booking.com at all. Very disappointing and unethical. I would like to be reimbursed for the difference between my confirmed reservation and what I had to pay.

I waited for over a half hour to get checked in after a 19 hr shift, which didnt thrill me. (730 pm). Then the next night, my key card didn't work to get me in to the lobby and waited 15 minutes to have someone let me in (midnight)

Side of the bathroom tub was dirty, red hair inside the tub, dirty wash cloth. They didn’t come to clean the room, housekeep had not been on that floor it was the same trash on the floor all weekend, wanted to charge extra for more towels, there was no trash can in the room, the microwave is over top of the sink(hazard) and it does not work, seen a few bugs, people banging on the walls, and their parking lot has not been plowed, my car slipped, and I had to find a parking space on the snow.

We I went to get in bed I pulled back the covers and 2 bedbugs was crawling in the bed!!!!!! I was moved to another room but I was not compensated for happened. My things were heat treated. So I knew they had a problem already.
Negatives:
The staff was very rude and was unable to handle the situation properly. I was told someone would contact. They were unwilling to conversate my inconvenience. And no one ever contacted me from some insurance agency. I was told by the manager they would.
