Loved everything about the stay food very good very clean and comfortable. Only dow tv are set to only go to a certain volume and being a senior we could no hear TV. SO no relaxing in room n watching TV. Other than that all was great.

They welcome me always, and...
Positives:
Breakfast was good. I would like more than one meat to choose from. Food was good and fresh thumbs up. The staff was exceptional and curious. I would have no problem staying here again.
Negatives:
The sinc in the bathroom was clogged. Other than that it was very good. Directv doesn't have a local Frostburg channel for weather and news.

The staff is really nice. I unexpectedly needed to extend my stay another night on day 3 and they were super accommodating.

Some trash (like empty beer cans and a broken bottle) in the parking lot around the back sides.

Positives:
Clean but fairly basic room. Well maintained. Reasonable price. Very friendly service. Came in late at night for reservation and desk clerk was cleaning the lobby. Checked out just before 11:00 a.m. and other desk clerk was cleaning the lobby.
Negatives:
Kind of old. Room small but well maintained. Hallways could use updating but well maintained. No elevator to second floor, so ask for first floor if you have physical issues.

when I got there from my booking.com booking, there was no record of my booking in the system. the guy working (was around 1am) was really nice & helpful. he made an inherently frustrating experience not feel too bad.

the whole room smelled terribly like urine.
I was in a pet room, so I assume it’s that.
It sucks that people let their animals pee in your rooms, but why have a pet fee if you aren’t going to get that smell out? it was an intolerable smell to sleep in, but it isn’t like I had another option ready to go. to be very clear here, it wasn’t my dog’s pee. (he doesn’t pee indoors.) it was like 50 animals had peed in the carpets and it was never cleaned.
