Positives:
Everything about this hotel is superb. The staff is friendly, efficient and professional. I had some difficulty logging on to the hotel wi-fi and one of the managers came right up to my room and resolved the issue. I had a room with a very comfortable king bed and the room was spacious and had every convenience one might want... all the things one might need such as a refrigerator, microwave, etc. There was a very spacious closet with enough room to hang 30-40 garments. The bathroom had a beautiful, free-standing walnut vanity with a granite countertop and shelf below.
This hotel features a complimentary breakfast buffet. It's not the typical continental breakfast fare, either. You'll be treated to freshly made omelettes, several kinds of sausage, pancakes, bagels, muffins, and Cinnabon cinnamon rolls. There's also a wide assortment of hot and cold cereals, fresh fruit, yogurts, many kinds of juices and of course, the most important morning essential... hot coffee. How could anyone find fault with this spread?
Negatives:
I would have liked a few more electrical outlets in the room to accommodate laptops and other devices.

This Holiday Inn Express exceeded my best expectations. Everything about this hotel is 5-star and when I'm back in that area I won't even consider staying at a different hotel. The entire hotel is non-smoking, which is fine with me. There is a designated smoking area just outside the front lobby. This hotel is a conference center, designed for optimum flexibility by all guests. There were a significant number of business travelers. The hotel is located just off a major interstate exchange and is very convenient. There are many restaurants, gas stations, retail stores, and other services within minutes of the hotel location.
