The description of the location of the hotel on Booking.com did not match the actual location.
Again, Booking.com indicated that guests could pay at the facility, but refused to allow me make the online reservation until I made payment. I feel this is unfair and dishonest on the part of Booking.com.
As a result, the savings made on the hotel rate was taken away through transportation into DC.

Next to our room, someone couldnt open the door, it was 12:30 am, he tried contactless access by the phone, on a speaker, it failed about 20 times, we didnt understand what happened at the beginning, but because he was right next to our door, we didnt feel comfortable.
