The elevator was out people checking in was our rate woman said she couldn't help him even though they were a heart. Patient could not walk the stairs, but not told that the other bed was out. I just come from surgery with my daughter was not too bad it was not updated people in the morning for coughing pretty blame told him that they were out of coffee and she looked at me with a look and said I'm brewing. It should just have to wait.

The elevator was out of order the entire weekend and not to mention the staff on the PM shift did not handle it well. As they were rather rude to arriving guests.

The elevators were down and we were not told until after we had finished checking in. We were on the third floor and had to carry our very heavy bags up 3 flights of stairs. My friend has a bad knee and we had just finished flying 12 hours that day. No available rooms on the lower floors.
