Positives:
Amanda, Chad, and Francine are WONDERFUL! They should provide the customer service training for all of the hotels! There was ALWAYS a "can do" how can I make it better" approach to their engagement with guests, both on the phone and in person.
The view (room 208) was perfect!
Negatives:
Unfortunately (not sure if it was because it was part of an adjoining room) we heard EVERYTHING from our neighbors...which wasn't always plesant...especially at 4 am!

The facility is very clean and comforting. The staff is great, awesome views of the ocean and rooms are just the right size. Everyone is nice and respectful. It was busy when we stayed but quiet which was very nice.
Negatives:
We didn’t get a channel book for the TV, no microwave and no big trash can. We only had a small trash can in the bathroom for everything. We wish the indoor pool was a bit bigger, not much room for people to get a chance to get in, can get crowded with only a few people in there.
