This company doesn't respond to anyone when trying to call or communicate. I am never staying at a Marriot property again. I had two sick kids at home and couldn't make our trip. I called and they told me they couldn't help me bc I booked on. Booking.com. But booking.com can refund me. The property has to do it. No one will return my calls or emails.
