Positives:
I actually did not stay in the hotel.Went there the day after and did the early check out. But did not stay any of the two nights booked.
Negatives:
A list of things: Staff were not courteous at all, they lack customer service skills. The location even thou I knew it, as soon as I got there felt unsafe. Very sketchy people all around the hotel. Surroundings not very clean, and so on.

I liked that the location was convenient to what i had goi g on. It was also convenient to food and shopping g.

The parking lot was and exterior was run down. When I walked the grounds I found that one of the residents had thrown clothes and other items onto the sidewalk outside of the room.

Run down. Dirty. Sidewalks cracked and breaking. Room smelled. No refrigerator or microwave. No security. Partying going on until 3 am. Heavy weed smoking. Had to leave hotel at 3:30 am due to partying. No sleep.
