The location of the hotel is awesome. there is a mall just a few minutes away and lots of good restaurants in the vicinity.

Local to a lot of city based attractions like concert venue and mall. Staff was very nice.

Dead roaches outside. Room still had trash in it. Bed sheets were not clean: beds uncomfortable. Barely any outlets in room.

It was a nice room of nice size. Nicely decorated, clean, and within walking distance of the event we were attending.

The heat blared all night long. It was a warm day that day, and there was no way to adjust it. We were sweating all evening long. Normally rooms have a adjustable thermostats… this one had one, but it was permanently set to one temperature.

Positives:
Very comfortable and easy to get around made my first trip to the area enjoyable and safe. The room was large, clean and accessible to get to.
Negatives:
I did not have to use the parking area but that would have been an extra cost that I'm not used to. Easier access for good hot coffee before going out, or a continental breakfast could have been better for early mornings. Room coffee is not always someone's boost of energy needed for the day!
