Great staff, very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was very nice and the socials (free drinks and food from 5pm to 7 pm - monday - wednesday) were an added bonus. Near the final metro stop of the blue and silver line (Metro).
Negatives:
The sofa bed was really bad. You felt the springs of the mattress when lying down. The hotels als hosts some permanent residents which can be quite confronting when on holiday.

Booking.com didn’t disclose any information about the $250 hold that would be placed on my card for 3-5 days.
AFTER getting to our room we found no sheets etc for pullout when we called front desk she said Oh, we keep them here. They should have asked us if we wanted them, needed them etc so we didn’t have to make the trip back downstairs.
