Negatives: Bathroom needs a paint job and door squeezed loud enough to wake someone

Negatives: When I stayed at the hotel, it was summer so I was looking forward to swimming in the hotel pool with my grandchildren. The pool was dirty & obviously hadnt been cleaned by the staff. Very disappointed with this situation.

Negatives: It had a very strong dog odor and there was dog food left in the closet

Negatives: The location was among small industrial buildings under construction. The reception was not welcoming. The room was not comfortable. Poor temperature control and very damp and clammy. The bathroom remained steamed up for hours and the towels remained wet even after hanging overnight. I had to run the bathroom vent fan throughout the night to try to remove the dampness, which also was the condition in the room. The mattress on the sofa bed made so much noise when you moved that it kept us up all night. And it was also very uncomfortable. You could also hear every step the guests above us took. The bathroom had no shampoo or body wash in the dispensers in the shower. The front desk was not very accomodating in knowledge when I asked if housekeeping could refill them. She just responded, "I don't know!". I am not one to complain, so I just chalked it up as not a hotel I would ever stay at again...anywhere.

Negatives: The air conditioning wasn't stripping the air of humidity, so my room was quite humid and cold. Kind of thought I'd end up getting pneumonia because of it but woke up with a scratchy throat.
