The Copley Square is a throwback to a genteel time, old-fashioned Boston. Rooms have a certain charm, not large but so comfortable. Bathrooms are spacious. Location couldn't be better. Excellent value.

All in all we had a great stay and time. Deep tubs, great walking distance to the event we were attending. Comfortable beds. Dont let the shorter paragraph fool you, its just easier to write negatives lol

Our tv didn't function, not a huge problem but it was a little annoying. No microwave in rooms only on first floor, understandable but when you want that late night fix you dont wanna go aaaall the way down.

My recent check-in experience at Copley quickly turned into a nightmare, thanks to the baffling behavior of the front desk staff, Claudia and Lucas. Not only did they mishandle our reservation, but they also created unnecessary communication barriers and contradictory instructions that left us utterly perplexed.
From the outset, Claudia and Lucas insisted that our reservation had been cancelled, despite our presentation of confirmation emails and documentation proving otherwise. Adding insult to injury, they repeatedly attempted to speak with us in Spanish, despite our clear preference for English, further complicating an already frustrating situation.
To make matters worse, Lucas inexplicably called me over to show me something on the screen, only to abruptly scold me minutes later, claiming that I was not supposed to be looking at it. This contradictory behavior only added to our confusion and exasperation.
Despite our efforts to communicate calmly and resolve the issue, Claudia and Lucas remained dismissive and unhelpful, leaving us stranded and increasingly agitated.
After what felt like an eternity of futile attempts to convey our concerns and sort out the reservation, we finally managed to do so. However, the damage to our overall experience had been done, and any anticipation for our stay had been replaced with disappointment and frustration

It was all about. Location. Room very small and not what I was expecting for a one-night stay. Travelled for work and was my last night in the US before travelling home to Australia.
