The toilet ran non stop and made loud dripping noises where we couldn't sleep. Had to leave hotel due to the noise and no help. I wouldn't recommend this place the service was terrible and the room was not in good shape

The location was great. We were able to walk to many of the sights such as Freedom Trail, Newberry St, Boston Commons, and multiple restaurants. We did not eat at the hotel except for purchasing some small food items in its “convenience store” which was great for the teenagers.
Negatives:
It would have been nice to have had an additional blanket in the room for the bed. The soap dispensers in the shower weren’t marked either. Lotion, shampoo, soap? No pool or hot tube but that’s not a deal breaker.
