Positives:
Brilliant location and room facilities were fantastic. Breakfast good too, with complimentary tea or coffee at any time during the day. Loved having the added touches of a kitchenette and living space.
Negatives:
Ladies came to clean at around 11am. Asked them to come back in an hour as we were still getting ready but never did. Had to go to reception and get our own towels as the ones we had were left on the floor to be taken and washed. Not great having to come in at night either and start making the bed.

Positives:
The $25 parking lot with in/out access. You'll get the parking hanging tag from the front desk when you register. It's really difficult to find parking that's not limited to residents or that allows overnight parking.
The District mall adjacent to the hotel has Crumbl, Gyu-Kaku BBQ, Chicken and Rice Guys, Kura Revolving Sushi and a few other bar bistro spots in addition to Converse and Nike Factory outlets.
Negatives:
The $25 parking fee. It'd be better if there were free parking for guests. There's not much greenery/lawn nearby for dogs to do their "duty" except for a sliver of lawn which is really part of the hotel landscaping. But there is a patch of weedy lawn by the parking lot. It'll have to "doo".

I didn’t like that there was an issue with the hot water during our stay. We were only reimbursed for parking. I also don’t like that there was shared parking with another hotel nearby.

Morning staff helped out a great bit , I loved where the room was placed and that they got me in when I needed

There we no trash bags in the bathroom trash , the night staff and security was rude and just annoying I left early b4 my time to leave because of those reasons
