Cozy room with excellent bed, slick design and all the amenities. Lots of details that make it comfortable. Friendly staff.

there was a constant noise due to the air ventilation all night long, despite of switching off the air conditioning. Was too tired to call the front desk. Had to sleep with my head under a pillow .
Didn’t try the breakfast.m that is typically over priced in these hotels. There are plenty of good options in the neighborhood.

The confusion between different members of staff telling us we could have a rollaway bed in the room and then turning up to check in and being told it’s not possible , to then having a person put one in an hour after we checked in. There was a serious lack of understanding and communication
