Hotel is generally good. However for a time only 1 of 3 elevators was working. Our a/c could not reduce the temp in the room below 77. Eventually fixed.

It was too noisy. Hard to sleep, our noisy neighbors didn't allow us to rest. They stopped laughing and screaming after midnight and woke up before 6am

We had a clean and spacious room. Hotel also offered special menu for marathon runners.
Negatives:
If you travel for the Boston Marathon, the location is not perfect. It need a lot of travel to go to the start line. Luckily we booked a water taxi (15€ pp). Other than that, hotel is comfy.

close to airport, newly refurbished bathroom on higher floors (12th), clean and comfortable bed

entry to hotel is really shabby, as is the appearance of a lot of the front desk staff, rubbish strewn all over the grass at the front of the hotel, the front desk chipped all over, service at restaurant very slow and food not good, HVAC system incredibly loud, comes on and off all night and sopped us from sleeping, could hear water and footsteps from rooms above nad next to us, lots of noise from the hall doors slamming. Ironically couldn't hear any plant noise. And windows very dirty outside so harbour view that we paid extra for was pretty much obscured. Even the "new" bathroom wasn't done well - lighting very low, rose to the shower head falling off already. Mini fridge also was very noisy - we ended up unplugging, takes forever for the shuttle to come and its not regularly scheduled so no guarantee of when it will come, which adds to the stress of making an early morning flight. Will try the airport Hilton next time.
