I was charged twice for one room and didn't get a refund, the maid walk in our room while we had been in bedat 8am then proceeded to tell us we had to be out by 10am

Hotel has great location and some nice designs here and there. Pillows were nice and wifi was decent.
Negatives:
The whole experience of staying in this hotel was pretty poor. The rooms are small, old and somewhat nasty. There are nice accents, like an Eames chair reproduction in the room, but then the cupboard where creaky and old, there was a part of broom handle in the cupboard seemingly holding the rest of the closet from falling apart? The water setting under the shower is only hot, there was no way to get warm, cold, any other water. The gym is a joke. On arrival you're given two small cartons of "complimentary water", there are some paid waters in the room, no minibar (you have to go downstairs to the lobby to get anything minibarish), you can also refill at the machine in the gym. The breakfast is served in the 2nd floor restaurant, that looks great but is like half renovated and half old and musky, one chair has dyed my pants.

I did not care for the a/c not working, when we arrived our room was 76 so we opened the window and requested a fan. We had to leave the window open for the duration of our trip to keep the room comfortable which made it noisy and difficult to sleep.
