This is such a unique and lovely space! The food available is FANTASTIC. The staff was incredibly friendly and they keep the front desk open 24 hours a day. The room was spacious and clean. The outdoor space and lobby were great as well!

The hotel is not super walkable to many things or a subway line, but ubers are always near by! I would stay here again!

Easiest to describe as a hipster sorta place, or to accommodate younger travelers. QR code to order food and drinks. The staff was knowledgeable. Booked because it was cheap compared to most hotels in the area.

When I reported that the heat wasnt working in my room, they told me engineering turned it off for the season due to warm days- the high that day was 46. Hearing was loud and vent was very dirty. Hallways are narrow and place gives a 70s vibe
Positives:
Good restaurant and pub available all day is convenient. The staff was very kind in addressing all my questions and always found a solution for issues that arose over my 4 night stay.
Negatives:
Rooms are very noisy and not well isolated from outside. Corridors are narrow and therefore noisy as well since doors tend to shut even when handled with care. Windows are not sealed. Furniture is old and sometimes dirty (e.g. couches fabric). Do not select if you have a light sleep.

We loved the decor and individuality. The concept of the food halls was fantastic and in time when they have ironed out the kinks (only been open a week and had the 100% occupancy for the Boston Marathon to content with) the location and ease of getting around was great.
Negatives:
Contradicting myself from the comments in the plus section.
The complimentary breakfast was very limited. The first few days it arrived cold but was addressed. We didn’t have US phone so had to wait for help. Also for the drinks they had to have a physical card to link and I only had my Apple Pay.

They told me I would get a 50% refund. Staff was friendly. They did the best they could with the horrible facilities.
Negatives:
Broken toilet that had to be fixed twice. I had to go but had to wait for the maintenance person...twice!
There was no heat. The fan in the room would not turn off, so the room was very cold. There was no ability to control the temperature. I had yongo to the front desk to ask for help. Front desk staff said the thermostat was on neutral and gave me a space heater and an extra blanket to try to warm the room.
The hotel looked very old, run down, and outdated. It looked so dirty that I did not even feel comfortable enough to take off my clothes or shoes.
My room was in a detached building behind the main building. It was scary and dark, and there was what looked like a truck stop or repair shop right there. It was scary because there was always a big truck that was left running. There was no security, so I was completely alone in the dark without adequate lighting when I had to leave at night.
They at least doubled the price because it was the weekend of the Boston Marathon. The total price for one night ws $309!
I feel like I was catfished! It did not look like the pictures online. That view from the window was totally fake. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
