Location is perfect, so close to bars and restaurants, and a short walk to the city area and shipping district.
We were concerned about bathrooms down the hall but pleasantly surprised and how clean and functional they were. Bedrooms are a bit tight, but thats Boston for you.
Would definitely recommend staying here.

The area was a lovely neighbourhood and the staff were helpful. The room was tiny and my husband had to crawl over me to get out of bed. There was no where to put our bags. The toilet did not flush properly and we had to pour water down it to get it to work. There was no free coffee or tea stations in the room or in a communal area which we had throughout our stay everywhere else in America. The hotel is overpriced for the room and hotel facilities.

Stayed here for just over a week for both work and leisure. It was only a 15 minute walk to the conference I was attending which was a pleasant walk. Really great staff, willing to hold bags after check out. Room was comfortable and had a beautiful view. Bathroom was clean and did not mind it being shared.
Negatives:
Smaller room than expected but was great otherwise.
