The location of the hotel was the only thing that I can say I liked about my stay. It was near shopping centers and the airport.
Negatives:
I did not like the mold I found in the room that my children and I was checked into. The rooms are outdated and the heating did not work. The customer service was horrible, they lacked empathy and were annoyed that I asked them for assistance.

As always the staff were polite and courteous, taking the time to speak with my son and answer his questions. The breakfast was superb as well as the staff! Always feel like I am safe and well cared for at Hampton Inn. This trip we stayed at three different Hampton Inns and they were all superb!

Bathroom ceiling plaster falling down, mold. Shower curtain rail falling off the wall. Could not close shower curtain. Water got all over the floor when showering. Paid $217! Exorbitant price for mediocre facility.

Front desk staff was extremely helpful, nice and very accommodating with any of my requests/needs/ issues. Very pleasant experience with front desk people.
Negatives:
The hotel advertises airport shuttle under amenities and it is not correct. They have a complimentary shuttle that takes you around 4 mile radius. Uber/Taxis to the airport or major points in Boston is about $50 one way, plus airport parking
