Shower wasnt clean, there was a huge urine stain on the pull out bed, no sheets

Not much amenities in walking distance, and hotel bar/restaurant was very lacking in options and staffing, and overpriced. My room was walked in on by cleaning staff at 8:30am my last morning, hours before check out. Floor was warped.

We had booked for 4 people (2 kids 2 adults); it was one bigger room (which is fine) - but there were no blankets for the sofa-bed. When we called for 2 blankets, they brought us sheets instead citing that they were out of blankets. Next day we asked again and this time 1 blanket was brought instead of 2. Since we were charged for 4 people (2 kids), we were expecting supplies for 4 - which was not the case

Very nice and friendly bartender in the lobby.
Negatives:
There was no room service, we were indeed told that we need to request, however at least the trash could have been taken.
There were no slippers nor bathrobe in the room, which were needed since we had access to the pool.
