my son-in-law and his dad recommended this hotel since they stayed at the colleges and the graduate schools here for more than 10 years. I agree with them, the location, bus number one to Harvard Square and Red line to the other side of the city etc, that made my travel in Boston comfortable and easier.
Negatives:
sometimes after I went to other school 4 hours, the room was not cleaned. I guess maybe you are running short of hands after Covid 19 pandemic period.

Location is good, the front desk lady was very helpful that gave us some good recommendation for restaurants and café. The bellman offered us to delivery our luggage to the room. The room is clean and with a little court yard view. It was nice stay.
