Positives: Location. Convenient to dining options in East Cambridge and to bus and subway transit.
Negatives: Nothing to criticize but, at the same time, we werent blown away by the hotel. This did not equal our previous experience with Le Mridien at Post Office Squarewhich admittedly was many years ago.

Positives: The location was good for us, because of the proximity to our son's house. Otherwise, I would not pick this location.
Negatives: We had a couple of dirty towels hanging. We had to ask daily for more coffee pods and creamer. We had to ask to change rooms because the mattress was so dilapidated it wrecked our backs. However, the hotel was very accommodating to change our room.

Positives: The size of the room was great and very comfortable. I also love the area and the staff at the front desk was fun and helpful.
Negatives: There was some large group of young adults in the rooms surrounding mine and you could here them conversing loudly in the hallways. But I imagine that being rather unusual and therefore can't really blame the hotel. Also, my room didn't get cleaned on one of my days. I put the privacy sign on the door for a couple of hours after returning from a morning of exploring the area, and removed it before leaving the room in the mid/late afternoon. The housekeeping cart was a couple of rooms down when I left, so I was surprised to find that nobody had refreshed the room. Not a huge deal, but a bit disappointing considering the room rate that I paid.
