Positives: The customer service was great when we had an issue w the room and our neighbors
Negatives: We rented this hotel mainly for the pool for our daughter and it was VERY COLD. And jets were not running didnt seem as clean as it could be.

Positives: It was clean, quiet, and the staff were very respectful and attended to anything I needed. I'm going to use some of this space to continue from the bottom. The second thing I didn't like was that there was no restaurant inside or room service.
Negatives: Simple things like the phone in my room wasn't working. So every time I needed to speak to the front desk I had to walk to the office and speak to someone in person. Not really a big deal, but if you're going to have phones, make sure they are working.

Positives: The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and they certainly added value. The included breakfast was well-done - offering several fresh options.
Negatives: I was skeptical when we first entered the room and noticed the room was very dark and appeared somewhat dated. I was pleasantly surprised to see that despite that, it was clean and tidy.

Positives: The breakfast was good.
Negatives: No water served at breakfast and when we arrived I asked for water and she said I needed to pay for it. Every hotel I have been to recently gives you water when you arrive. The room smelled like smoke and like someone tried covering it up with perfume. The front desk was not helpful when I tried exploring how I wanted to book with the group I was with but unable to.

Negatives: We paid $350 for a room that we typically pay $150 to max of $175/night. We felt ripped off by Hilton and therefore will not use your properties in the future. We typically use Marriott but thought we'd give Hilton a try. Never again............ Full service hotels charge rates these kind of rates which is acceptable but not for an economy product like the Hampton Inn.

Negatives: Made reservations because of the pool. My adult daughter and I had a plastic cup. We went to the pool. I have a health issue that I must have a sugary soda to keep my sugar levels correct. The pool was on a monitor that every guest can see. We were told less than 10 min in the pool. We must leave because we had soda. After a very long drive a pool was what we wanted. I will be calling for my money back. Not to mention housekeeping opened our door at 8 am!

Positives: Convenient location for a weekend where we were visiting friends. Staff was nice. Breakfast available.
Negatives: We specifically looked a hotel and chose this for indoor pool for our two little kids. It has an indoor pool but its salt water and it is NOT heated. So we barely spent 30 minutes in the pool the whole weekend.
