Meals were all served on paper plates - plastic cutlery and paper cups .. even in your room it was paper cups !
No jug to boil water just a coffee machine that we don’t use

I was there for Boston marathon and sure hope this isn’t ’normal’ eating off paper plates and drinking from paper cups every day .. it’s very embarrassing to see this from a property that charges the way they do and taking advantage of runners visiting the city for a big race like Boston Marathon.

Had to move twice due to room not handicap as reserved. Front desk was rude. Room & hotel halls & lobby dirty.
Breakfast was cold (eggs, etc in warming chafers). When asked about breakfast being cold, the staff said “oh well”.

The staff were great and friendly. The room was clean and the water view was amazing. The pub was super convenient and the full breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be back !!!
Negatives:
Right after we arrived into our room there was a knock at the door and before I could get to the door (seconds later) a staff member was opening the door stating he was just checking to make sure we had everything we needed. Luckily I was dressed when he entered.

Everyone was very nice. Food for breakfast was good. Our room was very comfortable. It was on the water and had a nice view! It also was very quiet.
Negatives:
Hallways were not very well maintained. When the maids were cleaning the rooms, they just piled up the trash in the hall. It stayed there most of the day. I didn't think that it looked very good. The elevator floor was very dirt. Also, there were people just sitting around all day. I don't think they were staying or working there.
