There was MICE. The 3rd out of my 4day stay I Put aaid service sign on my door at 930 am... I returned at about 630 pm to the door cracked open as if they were going to clean it , but never did!!! Why was my room door left open?!?! Did they forget???

We were locked our of the room midway through the trip because the card key was not programmed correctly. The air conditioner had a strange rattle.
