Management and staff refused to believe that fraudulent activity had been committed on my account. And they also denied me the right to show them evidence that I am a victim of criminal abuse. Therefore,I was wrongfully asked to vacate the hotel.

We've been staying at the Comfort Inn in Revere for years when we travel to Boston or fly out of Logan. It has a convenient and reliable airport shuttle and offers long-term parking. The rooms are spacious and well-designed. We stayed in a king suite.
Negatives:
We had to change rooms twice. The first room hadn't been turned over, and the second room wasn't as clean as it should be. We attribute this more to quality control than housekeeper effort. The bathroom floors needed to be cleaner - hair on all of them.

Nice staff. Clean and functional room. Air condition works quiet and good.

The staff was friendly and location was great.
Negatives:
The room we got was a handicap room, the water came out of the shower easily onto the floor. The shower head busted in the middle of trying to shower while attempting to keep water in. It was a bit of a disaster. Luckily maintenance did come fix it but

Helpful staff, cleanliness of the rooms. Mexican restaurant attached to the hotel. The distance of the airport from the hotel.
Negatives:
We had to leave before 5am for our flight, it would have been nice to have a grab and go breakfast.
