Grace at Hamption Inn told me my granddaughter aged 19 could not stay here so we disputed the charge immediately with my bank as we were told cancellation & refund were not possible. Nowhere on the booking or Hamption Inn site was an age requirement or limit mentioned!!! Please reimburse me immediately!
