Positives:
The location as well as the hotel room itself was clean.
Negatives:
The neighboring hotel rooms had guests that were drunk, yelled, banged allot, and smoked marijuana and that smell traveled across the hallways making the whole experience seem trashy unfortunately.

The room was very nice and clean. Great price no doubt.
Negatives:
The front desk young girl with glasses behavior was poor to say the least. I felt like I was an inconvenience to her. I asked why the hostility towards me, she replied I dont know what that means she asked me to leave and cancelled my reservation.

Two things: -- the entire hotel was very clean -- in a short stay I only interacted with the front desk lady, She was: (i) professional (ii) helpful (iii) very, very polite

The hallway smell a weed smoke, its perfectly stated that no smoking but, yeah it, at 9 pm that was the high-light.
