Positives:
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shampoo, conditioner and soap were all nice quality.
Negatives:
We had called previously and were told that there was a 24 hour shuttle, but when we called the hotel at 1 AM, (exhausted from a very long day of travel) we were told that the shuttle now ended at 10 PM. We had to get a $25 Uber from the airport. Then when we arrived, the front desk clerk insisted that the friends we were traveling with had reserved both rooms, and there was a huge mess to straighten out in the morning. They were charged for 2 rooms, I was charged a fee for not showing up (but I had); it was a stressful end to our trip.

There was blood on the sheet but otherwise everything was as expected

Positives:
Not bad for the price you pay. Breakfast closes early (for European schedules) so I didn´t try it.
Staff is polite and airport transfer very helpful.
Negatives:
Walls aren’t sound proof which can be a bummer if you are light sleeper. Staff also a bit noisy cleaning early in the morning (7am).
