The bathroom showers water pressure and no heat,no extra lighting. As well as no microwave in the room

Everything about this hotel was perfect, right down to the water pressure in the shower!
Note: parents with children should know that the water in sink and tub/shower gets extremely hot! Take caution with kids using water in their own.
Negatives:
We didn't go to the onsite restaurants due to pricing. I'm sure they were lovely and well worth the cost though.

One of the women at the front desk was very rude. However the guy who checked us in was wicked nice and helpful, 3 of the 4 elevators did not work. The "free" breakfast was not free.

It’s very attractive. Both me and my husband absolutely loved the beds. They were so comfortable and fluffy. The sheets and blankets were comfortable. The room was warm (which my husband loved). It was quiet as well. We both slept so well. Breakfast was delicious. Everyone was kind and helpful. It really felt like home.
