Negatives: Some of the carpeted areas had seams that were separating and carpet was buckled.

Negatives: The pictures on Google showed a pool. So I was disappointed when there was no pool

Negatives: No all day/night coffee. No cigarette smoking in the rooms when the whole 5th floor smelled like marijuana. Only one elevator was working the entire stay. In the mornings the cleaning staff was making the wait very long. I sprained my ankle and could not use the stairs so we all had to just stand there and wait. The bar was closed early the day we arrived for an outside event and we were not aware of that until check in which was not convenient for our plans. After learning this we decided to go out and it also affected our ability to park when we arrived back. Finally, I had to report to the front desk staff that every time I went outside to smoke, another guest would always follow me and ask me for cigarettes. I told him to stop multiple times and finally told him I was reporting him. The staff member could care less, so I just left it alone. For the price, this was not a hotel I would choose again.

Negatives: One elevator down but seems it was just a fluke. No big deal.

Negatives: We were told at check in that they would divide our bill into thirds when checked out. The guy had no clue at checkout and told us to call and the manager would take care of it. I called manger wasnt in and never called me back like they were suppose to. That was a lot of money for one person to be charged when I specifically called beforehand and asked if they would be able to divide the bill.

Negatives: I stayed in a king suite and unfortunately the closet door where it was located wouldnt open due to another door handle being in the way so you had to open the door to open the closet door etc.

Negatives: Housekeeping never came when we requested it. We just wanted fresh towels and to empty garbages.

Negatives: The rooms that are shown online are not what they all look like. Only the tower rooms are renovated/new. Our first room the sheets were not even big enough to fit over the piss covered bed. The blankets were disgusting. They quickly moved us to a new room which wasnt much better. The bed was in a little better shape but the room was filled with mold. You could see it where the wall paper was coming off the wall. For the money we spent I really thought the accommodations would be better.
