Location, Parking, very friendly staff, easy check in across the street from the outdoor mall and next door is Target Ubers are easy to get and pick you up right in front of the hotel.
Negatives:
When I went to my spacious room studio it was stunning, until I saw the bed practically on the floor, my husband said it was probably on a platform, no biggie until it was time for bed at 12:30 am and I realized that that bed needed a boxspring, I took pictures and went to the front desk and explained to the lady the situation and I said I am sure there she looked at me and said I can change your room and I checked you have a handicap room. Which was not requested or needed. She gave me another room that was not handicap and it did have a box spring.

We did not at breakfast there. Location is perfect for us; we’ve stayed there previously. The staff s great- very polite & helpful- particularly Grace & Muhammad.

We don’t like being guilt-tripped into being ecological- especially when paying for service.
