Yes! They were listed as Pet Friendly but didnt let me stay because I had my cat. They claimed that its on their website(No Cats). Went to the website, Not listed Anywhere. Pouring rain, had to find other accommodations. Terrible experience!!

The checkin staff was less than lukewarm in terms of friendliness. No consideration was given for a solo female traveler in regard to room location, it was near the end of the backside of the building.

Everything! Shower was full of hair/dirty. They left used toilet paper, we were there for 2 days and they did not come to take out the trash and leave us new clean towels. We had to take our own trash out and hunt them down for the correct amount of clean towels and bring them our dirty towels! That is horrible! We do dont work for them! The least they could do is remove dirty towels and replace with clean ones for the price we paid to stay there!
