Room was extremely dirty. Toilet in the bathroom had fecal matter in it. I only stayed a few hours and left.

The pool was closed and hottub had caution tape, cockroaches everywhere, we had 4 tv remotes and none of them worked, staff did not care that the hotel is infested with roaches. Lightbulbs were burnt out, heat/air did not work.

Hotel was not as advertised. Pool and fitness center were locked with padlock. No Hot Breakfast. Sheets were dirty. Toilet was not bolted to the floor and wobbled. Didn't get fixed or offered another room. Maintenance said to use the shut off valve.

No hot breakfast, served coffee reheated from night before. Fruit was spoiled. Restroom near breakfast area was locked in the morning with no employee available to open. No employee available for check out.

The cleaning staff were great but that was about it that was good about this place! Very disappointed overall with this trip and booking with porcelain!

First, the AC in the room didn't work. I spoke with the front desk and it seemed like he didn't care too much about my issue. I then informed him that the TV didn't work as well and yet still nothing was done.

Many things in disrepair. Doors that do not close, stained carpet, drapes falling off and do not close properly, damaged furniture and woodwork throughout. Very poor continental breakfast with no coffee made.
