Quality Inn & Suites Ann Arbor Hwy 23

Negatives: it was dirty and many broken things. Curtains were broken, main door to room didn’t close unless pushed shut, closet door was broken, bathroom door didn’t shut. pretty sure there was a blood stain on curtain. Hallways smelled like weed and there was garbage in hallway

Negatives: the tv never worked, said there was no signal.

Negatives: No coffee pot in the room. No hot breakfast even though it said one was provided. The front desk clerk only seemed to work the afternoon check-in time, and 1 wore a doo-rag on his head! We stayed for 4 nights only because there would be no refund. My husband slipped & fell in the entryway as it had snowed & there was no rug in place. One evening, my husband & his nephew were chatting in the lobby where there were couches and chairs and the TV was on. The desk clerk told them that they could not sit there. My husband told him that we had a room. The desk clerk said that it didn't matter. The manager didn't allow anyone to hang out there. Definitely don't stay here!

Negatives: door wouldn’t shut without pushing it shut the bathroom door had no lock and wouldn’t shut the staff is rude had to wait over an hour to check out

Negatives: Property wasn't clean. Obviously understaffed. Couldn't find an employee when we were leaving to tell.them.about the bugs in the room.

Negatives: The hotel is run down and needs basic maintenance. The shower curtain was too short so water went everywhere. The floor was soaked when finished. The wall/ceiling was falling apart in the bathroom. I would think due to moisture. Bathroom door was broken and appeared to have been kicked in. The entry door did not shut properly and had to be slammed and lifted in order to completely close. No housekeeping, which was not communicated, not a big deal but when we asked for new towels we were given 1!! Breakfast buffet, and I use this sparingly was one of the worst I have seen. The only options while I was there for 2 nights was old fruit and cereal. We ended up going elsewhere to grab a quick bite.

Negatives: I disliked EVERYTHING. it smelled-it was awful.

Negatives: Broken bed, rocking toilet, bug on counter. Reported broken bed 4 times and toilet once. Neither fixed. Also, at breakfast, food was out of date. Staff not responsive to concerns.

Negatives: The service at the hotel was not good. People at the front desk would disappear for long periods of time and no one was available to help if needed. Also, breakfast was a total disaster. There were very few things out for food and several things did not work. Our group ended up going to target to buy food for breakfast because the breakfast at the hotel was not adequate.
