Bed linen where stained, I advised them how the floor was dirty and needed to be mopped. Never did that nor the bathroom floor. Fruit flys in the room also

It took almost an hour to find a decent room. The first room they gave me keys to still had peoples stuff in it and was dirty. The 2nd room smelled so badly. The 3rd room we took because we was tired from drive. The bed was so uncomfortable. The whole room was nasty the walls the doors the lights. Just completely gross I asked for a refund but was told we couldnt get one. I asked for a discount the lady at front desk said to call Tuesday. The floors were sticking I would never go back. 2 other people complained about the rooms while I was there.

no hot water from sink, no not water for shower. no batteries in tv remote. Rooms are rundown Looks like most of the motel is used for low income shelter. Even though it was a smoke free rooms, all were doing it in the balcony. all place smelled like in ash tray. Didn't feel safe.
